TASK
Assess and migrate healthcare data from on-premises to Amazon AWS. Perform current state analysis on assets and oversee project timeline and progress.

OUTCOMES
Our team successfully transitioned to the AWS cloud in a three-phased approach. First was disaster recovery, followed by a migration inventory to understand and prioritize migration and lastly to set up the technology to migrate and architect cloud infrastructure.

Leverage existing product currently in production and define KPIs and lead a project to leverage third-party tools to capture and use machine learning to provide insights on platform user behavior.
